The Radio/TV Schedule module in CMS 4media enables the creation of an individual hourly schedule for each day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. The schedule is accessible on the website through a URL path like /schedule (see https://demo.4media.com/schedule - available Monday schedule only). This makes it easy for you to share your radio or television program on social media, messengers, or email. When a user clicks on the schedule link, they will immediately see the program for the current day of the week (so if a user clicks on Tuesday, they will see the schedule for Tuesday).

Additionally, on the program schedule subpage, the currently ongoing broadcast will be highlighted with an informational banner, as shown in the screenshot below:

Current broadcasts (NOW PLAYING) can be embedded, for example, on the main page on your local TV/radio website and displayed through a dedicated "Now Playing" widget.
Each weekday can contain any number of entries - specific programs that are being aired on the radio or television. The list of programs for a given day is sorted by the start time of the programs, from earliest to latest. Each entry can contain additional information.
An entry in the program schedule (position in the schedule) consists of the following elements:
- Title
- Subtitle
- Description
- Main photo
- Day of the week
- Start time
- End time

Attention! The program description is displayed as an expandable section upon clicking "More".

How to add a new entry to the schedule?
Log in to the administrator account in CMS 4media and in the menu on the left-hand side, select the Radio/TV Schedule module.
Click on the plus icon in a circle at the top - "Add a new entry". The new entry creation wizard for the schedule will appear.

Fill in all the fields, preferably. The more information you provide, the more engaging the program description you will create, making it easier to entice listeners to tune in to the radio or television.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to publish the entry to the schedule. It will be visible for the chosen day of the week in the list of entries in the Radio/TV Schedule module.

You can edit, delete, or change the status to inactive for each added entry. Remember that only active entries will be able to display in the "Now Playing" widget.
