In the CMS 4media, the Subpages module functions similarly to the Articles module. It features the same text editor where you can input all necessary information.
Compared to Articles, Subpages have fewer additional options related to user interactions. This means that subpages cannot be commented on, galleries, plebiscites, or polls cannot be attached to them. Tags cannot be added either.
However, you can decide whether a contact form should be displayed on the subpage. This facilitates contact with the editorial team, especially on subpages presenting packages or advertising opportunities on the news website.
You can also edit the content of the subpage at any time. Subpages can also be displayed in the dedicated Subpages widget.
List of Subpages
When you select the Subpages module in the main menu, you will see a list of all added subpages.
The list includes information such as:
- Subpage name
- Number of views
- Status (green color – active, red color – inactive)
- SEO settings status (gray color – no settings, red color – SEO settings need improvement, yellow color – recommended SEO settings improvement, green color – optimal SEO settings).

Adding a Subpage
After navigating to the page for adding a new informational subpage, you should enter the title and content.
We have described the text editor in detail in the Articles module description.
On the subpage, you can:
- Add HTML code below the subpage content
- Add a contact form above, below, or instead of the content
- Attach images, which will be displayed at the bottom of the subpage, below the content
- Link files for download – the file will be displayed at the bottom of the subpage, below the content
- Fill in SEO fields.

Using the Manage Paywall and Manage Registration Wall buttons, you can provide access to the subpage for subscribers or logged-in users. Read more about Paywall and Registration Wall.
