The GDPR Registry module in the CMS 4media allows you to navigate through the consents given by users of the website. You can review the purpose of data processing, inspect the email address provided by the user when filling out the contact form, and learn about various other details.
List of data in the GDPR Registry
The registry contains a list with 6 columns, sorted by default from the latest activity to the oldest.

The columns include:
- Data Administrator: Indicates the entity that is the data administrator.
- Date: Displays the event date and time.
- User: Contains information such as the username, user-provided email address, and IP address.
- Reason for processing: Informs about the purpose of data processing, for example, to process inquiries submitted through the contact form, publish comments, portal registration, etc.
- Client/data category: Provides information about the data processing category and the specific data processed, such as name, email, phone, etc.
- Data transfer: Displays information about to whom and where the data have been transferred for further processing (e.g., to a country outside the European Union).
The GDPR Registry module serves as a purely informational tool for website administrators. They cannot modify, add, or remove the data found here.
